FASTT is a series of optic mounts and platforms that provide end-users with a quicker sight picture than standard height mounts. A 2.26 optical centerline height provides faster/easier reticle acquisition while wearing electronic ear-pro/communications headsets, night vision goggles, and other gear and allows for more rapid visual processing of the field by promoting a heads-up posture. A heads-up posture also helps users maintain a neutral spine position which is more comfortable while wearing helmets, plate carriers, and other heavy gear. The FASTT MRO Mount features a built-in standard height windage-adjustable back up rear iron sight that keeps weapons uncluttered, without reducing capability. It also features the FASTT offset accessory mounting interface. This mounting option will provide quick detach capability. The FASTT MRO Mount is built from 7075-T6 Aluminum and Type III Hardcoat Anodized FDE. Dimensions: 2 × 1.3 × 2 in. Finish: Type III Hardcoat Anodize FDE. Built in rear BUIS (can be used with Unity Fusion Front sights). Accepts American Defense QD Auto-LockT. Designed for Trijicon MRO, MRO HD, and MRO Patrol. RARE Modlite ModButton Black for SureFire. Up for grabs is the now discontinued and impossible to find Modlite ModButton in black made of 6061-T6 Aluminum with a Type III Hardcoat Anodized finish. This is not to be confused with the much cheaper ModButton Lite made of polymer. The original ModButton is sought out on the secondary market by demanding operators who require 100% reliability for duty and service builds. New and unopened in its original factory packaging. The package includes the switch/mount only – no tail cap is supplied. Made in the USA. Dimensions: 1.0 × 3.8 × 5.7 in. Weight: 2.8 oz. Coating: Type III Hardcoat Anodized. Mount Type: M1913 Picatinny Rail Grabber. Compatibility: SureFire UE, XM, XT, DS00 Tail Caps. ModButton is an integrated momentary only switch and offset Scout mount design providing a simple clean mount in one convenient package. Developed out of a need to conserve rail space and also deliver a switch which could handle the power needs of modern lights we worked with our partner Unity Tactical. To help us produce a small switch and mount solution that would be backwardly compatible with the Surefire. Compatible lead allows ModButton to be backwardly compatible with all Surefire. Arisaka and Modlite Scout bodies as well as Surefire UE and DS00 tail caps. If constant on is a requirement we recommend using a SF DS00 tail cap which can be found. One problem that exists today is older legacy switches are not able to pass the current needed to run current and future generation lights. These older switch designs do not allow Modlite light heads to run at full power. Typically these switches reduce output by 15-20%. ModButton utilizes an updated plug design as well as improved electronics that allow the ModButton to output at full power so all the lumens and candela can be put to good use. ModButton is waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes and features more durable buttons than many competing pressure switches on the market. The offset mount will allow any Scout type mounting system to be used. Additionally ModButton is compatible with the Unity FUSION LightWing adapter which is designed to extend the light out to clear lasers or help push the light out in order to help reduce or eliminate shadow from suppressors.
